Whether it's Indian Head Massage or Baby Massage, our 1 day courses are aimed with you in mind. We have small group sizes to keep it simple with a friendly, relaxed atmosphere

The majority of our courses are over the weekend, so your working week isn't disrupted. The centre is closed to the public so it's just us in the building - with no interuptions from the outside world.
